Our Story
Starting a real estate business seemingly was a remote possibility for Mr. Usman Alam, founder of Sky Marketing. However, the determined alumni of Quaid e Azam University made his mark eventually in the tumultuous and competitive world of Pakistan’s real estate in 2004.
In 2011 he introduced digital marketing in Pakistan and became the most successful businessman to utilize the digital platform in real estate. His out-of-the-box approach allowed the company to grow as a national provider of integrated real estate services across Pakistan.
18 years down the road Sky Marketing now has an impressive profile of launching more than 50 housing society projects which easily dwarfs many leading marketing brands. To meet the increasing demand for real estate development in the country, Sky Marketing became a real estate developer in 2020.
A new era began with four promised projects delivered in the University Town Islamabad, which are now giving possession to owners as well.
In 2023, Sky Marketing successfully launched Sky View in Parkview City’s Commercial Downtown.
