Cabinet Division Employees Co-operative Housing Society (CDECHS)

The Cabinet Division Employees Co-operative Housing Society (CDECHS) was established by members of the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, with the aim of providing affordable and high-quality housing for its members. It was officially registered with the federal government and has since grown into one of the most sought-after residential communities in Islamabad.

History of CDECHS

Initially, CDECHS was exclusively reserved for employees of the Cabinet Division. However, over time, due to increasing public demand, the society was opened to employees of other government ministries and divisions in Islamabad. More recently, 20% of plots have been allocated for private buyers, further enhancing the society’s appeal. Today, CDECHS stands as one of the most desirable residential projects in the capital.

Town Planning & Development
